ECLON PUR DS is an extremely versatile, highly weather-resistant 2-component topcoat for exterior and interior use. Depending on the degree of dilution, spray pressure and nozzle size, different structural effects can be achieved. Simple processing without runner formation, even with complicated geometry. Excellent direct adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Highly elastic (Buchholz hardness ~ 30–50) and abrasion resistant (Taber abrader approx. 12 mg / 1'000 U at 1 kg load). Very good colour and gloss resistance to weathering and very good surface hardness and scratch resistance. good resistance to diluted chemicals, hand perspiration, coolant up to 50 °C, cleaning agents, hydraulic oils and as well
